Great suggestions B_V, the strong lifts was the first program i actually seen results from. It was very easy to follow for a full body workout, and I like to go back to it. The foundation of the 5x5 programs are great for making you stronger as well as adding size. There are many folk on here with far more experience than me, but the stronglifts program is amazing and Medhi just recently rewrote and added to the original book.
