As most of you know I work very closely with Brain and have ran this program for going over a year now. I am lucky enough to be one of the few who Brian allows to train people using his methods. In an effort to help spread the word on social media I decided to do a give away.


Ok the details: 1 free 12 week program will be given at random. All you need to do is add http://instagram.com/briancarroll1020life on IG. Then post the contest picture and tag us in it. Good Luck!

How do you copy the contest picture and post it? I don't know my way around instagram I guess lol

You need to either get a instagram reposting app like photo repost or screenshot, cut and paste as a new file and then repost. Pretty stupid that instagram doesn't let you do this from its own user interface but I'm sure they have a reason.
