Stand with dumbbells in hands at your sides facing a bench. Place a foot on the bench. Then, stand on the bench by extending the knee and hip of the leg on the bench and step the opposite foot up on the bench. Step back down to starting position and repeat with opposite leg. Continue by alternating which leg steps up.
