Delicious Peanut Butter Protein Bars
This recipe is from I Will (Lisa Hostetter) from the Muscle and Brawn Forum.
- 2 cups cooking oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 4 scoops of protein powder (chocolate peanut butter is delicious! Other suggestions are cookies n cream or vanilla)
- 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
- ½ cup almond milk
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Line a square 8”x8” baking pan with wax paper. Press dough into bottom of pan. Freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into bars. Keeps well in the fridge.
