Bench Press

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

  • Set 1 – 10 reps
  • Set 2 – 8 reps
  • Set 3 – 6 reps

Weighted Dips

  • Set 1 – 10 reps
  • Set 2 – 8 reps
  • Set 3 – 6 reps

Dumbbell Flyes

  • Set 1 – 10 reps
