Setup a dual cable machine to the low setting. Cross your arms and grab the left cable with your right hand and the right cable with your left hand. Stand up with your hands around mid-thigh. This is the starting position. While maintaining straight arms with a locked elbow, raise both arms back to their respective sides and up to shoulder height. Lower arms back down to the starting position.
