For this exercise you’ll need a low pulley cable machine and a straight bar attachment. Setup with your back to the machine, the cable between your legs, and the bar in front of you. Grip the bar with an overhand grip (palms facing down) and stand straight up. This is the starting position. From here raise the bar with your arm straight and elbows locked, up to shoulder height and return down to the starting position. Be sure to keep your body straight up, the only part of your body that should move is your arms.
