Cable Crunch

Use a rope attachment for this exercise. Grabbing the ends of the rope
with both hands, kneel leaving enough room between you and the cable
machine to perform a crunching motion. Place your hands around ear/eye level, and with your hips locked in place, perform a crunch – concentrating on the use of the ab muscles – by moving your elbows towards your knees. This exercise works best if you tuck your chin on your chest.
