Adjust the pulleys so that the handles are in a position above your head. Grasp handles in each hand. Make sure you are positioned in the middle of the cable apparatus and take one step forward. Have a slight bend in your hips, knees and elbows. When in the stretched position, elbows should be facing up and back. In an arching motion bring the cables together keeping your elbows in a fixed position. Your elbows will be facing to the side. Then return to the starting position and repeat.
