Am I Overtraining?
If you’re overtrained, you will feel sluggish, weak, and generally blah. Sometimes your joints will bother you. You generally will not be progressing in weight as well.
If you feel overtrained, take a de-load week (or two) where you use either 30-40% less weight with the same workout, or use 30-40% fewer reps.
It is best not to workout longer than an hour. As long as your workout isn’t over that mark, you’re fine.
