    So I’ve been a personal fitness trainer, and I’ve been generally following a similar workout progression that I know works. Recently however, I’ve noticed my metabolism slowed down, since I’ve turned 30. I am weirdly building a lot more muscle but also am having trouble with my belly fat, which before melted away as I worked out. Now it just stays there. Thoughts?
