    Hi,
I’ve been doing cardio on a fasted stomach a la GLL diet for a couple weeks.

I have chronic shin splints, so I can’t run. Even eliptical makes them flare up.

I tried the exercise bike today but my left knee is now uncomfortable.

What should I do? Am I overtraining? Is foam rolling gonna “fix it”? Is the seat adjusted wrong?
    Please help.

    Thanks!

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.

This may not be an alluring decision, but rather running outside has dependably been a most loved of mine regardless of whether I do at times need to bounce on the treadmill amid the winter months, running is clearly a key cardiovascular exercise and begin running toward your very own…
