I’ve been doing cardio on a fasted stomach a la GLL diet for a couple weeks.
I have chronic shin splints, so I can’t run. Even eliptical makes them flare up.
I tried the exercise bike today but my left knee is now uncomfortable.
What should I do? Am I overtraining? Is foam rolling gonna “fix it”? Is the seat adjusted wrong?
I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
