In my day, in the 80s, we were told to come up with stupid little sketches about buying a loaf of bread and wotnot, and then we haad to perform said sketch infront of our classmates.
    Emarrasing and pointless, I think.
I think it would have been better to be GIVEN a script, and for us to then try to get into the characters, and learn to act a bit.
We could have been given scripts from popular movies, of the day, or the past, for instance.
I would have liked to try that.
Now with the internet, it should be easy for drama teachers to get scenes from movies, off the internet.
I’m only talking about the first two years of secondary.

I didn’t find the right solution from the internet.
