    Hello,

Last week I read about SeaTools for Windows and how it would test not only your internal drives but any external drives as well. So, wanting to see how all mine were doing, I have downloaded – and deleted – the programme at least 4 times. Now when I try to install it a box appears and tells me that it is “Installing”. At the bottom of the screen a line appears which would appear to be the last thing to be installed, BUT the bar showing how much has been done stops around the 50% to 60% and doesn’t move! I have sat waiting for more than 5 minutes on occasions. Can anyone tell me a) What have I done wrong? or b) Do others of you suffer in the same way? I have looked at the Seagate website and can not find an email address for them so that is why I am asking the question on this site.

I didn’t find the right solution from the internet.
