    Been deadlifting 350 lbs for almost 2 months now and haven’t been successful in getting it higher. Once I add more weight, I can’t seem to pull off the ground or hold onto the bar long enough to lock out. Not only that, been trying lots of accessory work like block pulls and deficit deadlifts as well with no success. I try to not use straps but even then, breaking more than 350 lbs is a no go for me.

    Just wanted to see if anyone had good success or gains on the program? Would really like to break into the 400’s which would be a big goal for me.
